2024 China Industry Design Top 100 list was released during the World Industrial Design Conference 2024 (WIDC 2024) on September 20.

Tongji University College of Design and Innovation was selected in the Top 10 Design Colleges and Departments, Prof. HU Fei, Dean of D&I was designated as being in the Top 10 Design Pioneers, Prof. XU Jiang was named as being in the Top 10 Design Educators, and Shanghai International Institute of Design and Innovation was selected as being a Top 10 Design Institute.

As a trendsetter for the industry, the ‘2024 China Industry Design Top 100’ list is selected by the China Industrial Design Association (CIDA), aiming to recognize organization and individuals with outstanding performance in design innovation, industry influence and commercial application.

Moreover, the Intelligent Design Professional Committee of China Industrial Design Association was inaugurated during WIDC 2024. Prof. CAO Nan, Vice Dean of D&I, was elected as a member of the committee and participated in the founding ceremony.
