Eun Ji Cho is an associate research fellow at the College of Design andInnovation, where she also teaches postgraduate students service design, anddesign for social innovation. She received her Ph.D. in Design from Politecnicodi Milano in Italy, and MSc in Design for Interaction from Delft University ofTechnology in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Tongji University, she workedat Hunan University in China as an assistant professor. Her research focuses onservice design for social innovation, especially collaborative services and socialsustainability. Her recent work includes the translation of Ezio Manzini’s bookDesign, When Everybody Designs: AnIntroduction to Design for Social Innovation (MIT press, 2015) into Korean(Ahn graphics, 2016). ej.cho@tongji.edu.cn,taowood@gmail.com
