Tongji University held a commendation meeting to celebrate the 113th anniversary of the International Working Women’s Day on March 8. At the meeting, the College’s educational administration team was named “a March 8th Red Flag Collective of Tongji University in 2022”.

This is a team of versatile women who help the College train diversified talents. Members have different backgrounds. Some of them once worked as a teacher at domestic and foreign first-class universities or worked in leading enterprises and public institutions. Such work experience laid a solid foundation for the team’s development. Based on the actual work of the College, the team gives full play to the advantages of each member and uses scientific design thinking to build a teamwork mode, in which members work with each other, to meet the College’s innovative, diversified and constantly developing talent training needs. At present, the College has 4 undergraduate programs, 1 dual-bachelor degree program and 2 pilot projects for innovation in cross-degree talent cultivation. Graduate students have 9 research directions. Students may earn a master degree from the programs of Design and Art Design or earn a doctoral degree from the program of Design. Meanwhile, the College enrolls overseas students studying for an academic degree.

Foreign students may be enrolled in nearly 50 exchange programs and 12 dual-degree programs. The College also enrolls part-time graduate students. In addition, it also actively prepares for an English master program and a “Doctor of Design” program. Relying on its high quality of talent training, the College has attracted many excellent students.
