Brief Introduction

Chen Jilu helps organizations and individuals innovate efficiently through workshops and consulting services on lean innovation.

She has served as an innovation mentor and brand innovation consultant at top domestic incubators, and is an advisor on user insights and product innovation for multiple innovative brands. In the fields of design thinking and user research, she has delivered nearly a hundred co-creation workshops and hands-on training sessions.

Drawing on years of experience in innovation projects, teaching, and methodological accumulation, Jilu focuses on continuously optimizing innovation workshops. She helps enterprises solve complex problems in a human-centric way, identify user-centered market opportunities through diverse team collaboration, and rapidly generate, validate, and iterate ideas. Through hands-on practice, participants gain genuine insights, drive behavioral change, and ultimately create real value for users.
