WANG Qi

Associate Professor (Probationary)

Doctoral Supervisor, Master Supervisor

Brief Introduction

Her research focuses on the multidisciplinary areas of wearable systems, smart textiles and rehabilitation. During her PHD research at the department of Industrial Design of Eindhoven University of Technology, she investigated how to design smart garments to support motor control training for rehabilitation and proposed several design iterations by integrating soft sensors and smart textiles. She has published more than 20 articles in leading journals and peer reviewed conferences. Qi has received funding from Shanghai Science and Technology Committee, Tongji University and Horizon 2020, etc.
