Center for Digital Innovation (CDI) of Tongji University is dedicated to design innovation based on the latest technology. Collaborated with industry partners (Intel, Siemens, PSA, Philips, SAP, VGC, Huawei, SAIC and Tencent), CDI is exploring in the field of bigdata, AI, AR/VR, car HMI and connected services, Intelligent vehicle, smart space, city science, interactive media, etc. 

Dr. Xiaohua Sun, Director of CDI, has multi-year academic and industry experience in interaction design and technology. Prior to Tongji, Sun has taught and done research at MIT, FXPAL, IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Clarkson University, and IBM Research China Lab. Sun got her Ph.D. in Design & Computation from MIT.
