Associate professor, master supervisor

 

As the person in charge of “big data-driven innovative design” in the Research on Innovative Design Development Strategy, a major consulting project of Chinese Academy of Engineering, he once majored in both Computer Technology Application and Industrial Design. He has been committed to studying the experience value of “integration of design and technology” for a long time, stimulating and enhancing users’ motivation, efficiency and sense of mission in participating in economy.

New Retail Experience Design

Full-link design of the development of new retail intelligent technology + brand experience, service experience, gamified experience, and interactive experience for the purpose of enhancing users’ sense of participation

Intelligent Identification and Real-time Precision Service of Physical Store Users’ Behavior

Artificial intelligence-based real-time precision services, including physical store intelligently tracks and analysis of user’s whereabouts, and actively response to users’ hidden needs, for the purpose of accurate personalized services
