人因工程设计研究室主任、包容性设计研究中心第二负责人，博士生导师

个人学术简介

长期在国内外院校和研究机构从事人因工程设计相关教学和研究工作，主持或参与了包括德国科教部（BMBF）、中国科技部、国家留学基金委、上海市卫生局等资助的各类研究项目，并为包括西门子、GE、德尔格、联想、惠而浦、林内等在内的众多国内外企业提供设计咨询服务。在医疗设备及系统风险管理、医疗系统服务设计、复杂人机系统设计与评估、人误及安全设计、交通系统人因设计优化、包容性设计、老人健康与福祉等领域有多年的研究和实践工作积累，并取得了很好的研究工作成绩。拥有多项专利，在国内外期刊、会议、书籍上发表包括30余篇SCI/EI/ESI高被引论文在内的学术论文近百篇。现任同济大学设计创意学院人因工程设计研究室主任，中国人类工效学学会常务理事，中国人类工效学学会设计工效学分委会副主任委员等职。
