娄永琪教授，博士，同济大学副校长，全国设计研究生教育指导委员会主任委员；长期致力于社会创新和可持续设计实践、教育和研究；在同济大学设计创意学院自创立（2009年）至2022年其卸任院长期间，推动学院成为世界一流设计学院；先后担任CUMULUS国际艺术设计院校联盟副主席、WDO世界设计组织执委、维也纳应用艺术大学国际咨询委员会主席。 他是《设计、经济与创新学报》（爱思唯尔出版）的创始执行主编，也是《设计问题》（Design Issues，麻省理工学院出版）的编委，还是2021年国际设计研究大会联合主席，并受邀在2018年香港设计营商周、2017年国际室内建筑师／设计师团体联盟代表大会、2016年美国工业设计协会国际大会和2015年国际人机交互大会等著名会议担任主旨演讲人。他的作品和研究成果在芬兰赫尔辛基设计博物馆、意大利米兰三年展博物馆等处展出；他于2019年当选瑞典皇家工程科学院院士，于2023年获英国皇家艺术学院荣誉博士学位。
