设计在体验经济时代的作用，比以往任何时候，都更加重要。如何通过设计，把环境空间和体验方用户的价值最大化，从而最大化实现设计本身的价值？

论坛从体验的角度实践环境设计,探讨和提出关于：“体验的提升—敏感设计及智能交互环境设计”主题愿景，研讨会由跨学科的实践和专家将提供多层级的设计视野。会议将探讨设计在促进新的环境未来方面可以发挥的作用，重点将集中在体验设计中强化人与空间的亲密关系及可持续空间再造、智能互动体验的环境空间设计、数据驱动的空间优化设计等内容。共同研讨在体验设计语境下设计的新属性、新作用和新文化。

Design is more prominent in experience economy than ever. How to achieve the value maximization of design through the value of environment space and user experience?

Through the practical experience of environment design, the forum explores and proposes the theme of "Experience Enhancement of Sensitivity and Intelligent Interactive Environment Design". In order to explore the design's role in a future new environment, the meeting will focus on strengthening of relationship intimacy between people and space in experience design, sustainable space recycling, environment space design of intelligent interactive experience, space optimization design of data driven, etc. In the context of experience design, they will discuss the new property, functions and cultures of design.

Martin 先生是拥有超过40年设计和建造经验的建筑设计师，不仅在英国，还在国际范围内，如欧洲、中东、中国等国家和地区主持设计大量主流建筑作品，如：迪拜朱美拉和帆船沙滩度假酒店综合项目中作为团队主创之一负责酒店方案设计和Wild Wadi水上乐园设计，这两个项目至今都是迪拜地标项目。Martin主持中国许多酒店和综合体设计，如苏州金鸡湖酒店、上海市泰晤士小镇开发设计、莫干山郡安里度假村酒店主楼设计等。

Matin先生把“可持续发展”及“绿色”能源节省概念作为建筑创作的源泉。世茂洲际酒店被美国国家地理频道《世界伟大工程巡礼》、美国Discovery探索频道《奇迹工程》等连续跟踪报道被誉为“世界建筑奇迹”。

Mr Martin is an architect with more than 40 years of design and construction experience. For example, he served as one of the team principal architects in the comprehensive project of Jumeirah Beach Hotel  and De La Tour Hotel Arabia in Dubai and the design of Wild Wadi Water Park,  Martin has participated in designs of many hotels and complexes in China, such as the design of the main building of Jo Lalli Resort Hotel.

Mr. Matin regards "sustainable development" and the concept of "green" energy saving as the main factor in his project design.Intercontinental Shimao Hotel has been continuously followed and reported by National Geographic Channel's "World Great Project Tour" and Discovery Channel's "Miracle Project" and has been praised as "World Architecture Miracle" in America.

我将在这次的讲演中讨论在世界范围内，逐渐结晶的设计新思维。在过去20多年的快速发展中，人们对设计中重要问题的理解，已经从早期的实验发展到成熟地表达强烈的地方、文化和环境适宜的设计文化，并取得了长足的进步。日益成熟强调尊重自然环境和连接建筑环境与自然通过感觉和情绪反应导致了更深入、更有意义的方法,在设计远远超出仅仅是解决功能问题和与传统美学关注这样一个形状、颜色和纹理,架构,正如史蒂文·霍尔所说—“证明你的灵魂”。我将这种方法称为“敏感设计”，并将用我完成的一些建筑项目实例来说明它的全部含义。

In my talk I shall discuss new thinking in Architecture that has been gradually crystallising worldwide. Over past 20 years or so of fast development, understanding of important issues in design has developed and progressed considerably from early experimentation to a mature expression of strong local, culturally and environmentally appropriate design culture.Where the design goes far beyond mere solving of functional problems and preoccupation with conventional aesthetics such a shapes, colours and textures, To architecture which, as Steven Holl puts it - 'Speaks to your soul'. I call this approach 'Sensitive Design' and shall illustrate with some of my completed buildings its full meaning.

Per Erik Bjornsen is is a famous Italian architect and planner. He is founder of Italian Architectural Design Association,He is also very accomplished in interior design and industrial design.He opened his own construction companies in Genoa, Venice and Milan，Hong Kong and Shanghai.He has worked with architectural masters Renzo Piano and Santiago Calatrava.He was once designed for Italian Mc Person, SIM2/Brionvega, Tognana Porcellane, Johnson's, Renault's commercial design in Italy, covering areas ranging from public buildings to private residences, and has worked with Mercedes Benz, L'Oréal Paris, British Telecom, Halifax and Bilancioni successively.Such as Mercedes-Benz Italian showroom design, L'Oreal Italian showroom design, British Telecom Italian showroom design, X TOWER and so on.

本演讲以叶家宅路The-X-Tower创享塔项目为例，讲述这个占地30000平方米，包括四栋建筑，以互联网思维与匠心精神打造创意共享空间。在互动开放的创意灵感工作坊，我们结合了年轻和优雅的设计灵感，打造身心愉悦的办公环境，提高人们的工作创造能力和持续工作能力。满足人们多元化互动体验需求，构建一个多功能的城市小生态圈，带来新潮、互动、有温度的无界生活方式和多维价值体验。

Improving the quality of life should be the guiding spirit for the development of urban projects. Adhering to the principle of putting people first helps to build a secure living environment in which everyone can live and work in peace and contentment, improve human cohesion and stimulate human creativity.

This speech takes the project of The-X-Tower creative tower on Yejiazhai road as an example, and tells the story of this 30000 square meter building, including four buildings, creating a creative shared space with internet thinking and ingenuity. We combined young and elegant design inspiration to create a physically and mentally pleasant office environment and improve people's ability to create and sustain work which meet people's needs for diversified interactive experiences.

On 6 Dec 2017, Shanghai Starbucks Reserve Roastery opened its door to the world. Like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, Starbucks has brought an industrial roasting plant into a high-end retail mall and perfectly transformed and fused it with its gourmet café and merchandise retail store.This transformational business model augmented both the influence of the Starbucks brand and brought greater business benefits.
